Delete your WalkOff account

You can delete your account directly inside the WalkOff app. Open the app, go to Profile → Settings, and tap Delete Account at the bottom of the page.

Alternatively, you can email us from the address associated with your WalkOff account:

What will be deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, avatar, and preferences)
• Location history and map progress
• Activity stats, achievements, and in-app progress
• Friends and guild memberships

Data we may keep

We only retain minimal data if required for legal or technical reasons, such as fraud prevention, chargebacks, or regulatory compliance. If retained, it is securely stored and only kept as long as necessary.

Timeline

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are typically completed within 7–14 days. If we need more information to verify your request, we'll contact you via email.
