You must be at least 13 years old to use WalkOff!!. If you are under the age required by your region, you may not use the Service.

Your account

• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Do not share your account or access credentials.

Location and gameplay

WalkOff!! uses location data to power gameplay features, including map‑clearing and distance tracking. You control permissions through your device settings, but disabling location may limit features.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse, exploit, or interfere with the Service.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to access data you do not own.
• Do not use automation or spoofing to manipulate gameplay.

Third‑party services

The Service may rely on third‑party providers (such as map or weather services). Their terms and policies may also apply.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may request account deletion at walkoff.fitness/delete-account.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalkOff!! is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the latest version on this page and update the effective date.
